4/30/2020- Low winds. Awesome Bike ride. Great food. Good Service. Highly Recommend. (Enjoyed some really good gyros and shakes on the patio!!). It Was A Great Day!!.. ((;
MoreTheir shaved ice is THE best and all the food I get from there is exactly what it should be: plenty of grease and FLAVOR!
MoreI was in the line waiting my turn when I got to the window he told me that he is very busy I would be 5 more minutes because I was picking up for Postmates he moved me to the last of the line. If you order delivery service I would not do that restaurant.
MoreWe ordered a cheeseburger. It was fresh and tasted good.we 👍
Good Indian tacos. Haven't tried anything else. Daily specials.
I had the Indian taco and it was pretty good 👌🏿
Love the Indian taco first time at tim drive inn its worthy of the wait thumbs up.
MoreDecent food, just not quite the quality I expect from a throw back drive in place. Its probably my own fault for expecting too much.
MoreLove cheddarbites and it's becoming increasingly harder to find. Tim's has em. Not the same as Sonics, but they also have Jalapeno ones. A fraction of the price you could get elsewhere. There's def a size difference. After today's visit I have come to the unfortunate conclusion that they are frozen , but still good. Frito chilli pies are on point . No weird textures.
MoreThe Indian Tacos are great!.
The indoor experience was great.. they accommodate for those who want to stay on the vegetarian side even being a burger joint.. so to say my Indian taco server me well as well as the sweet cola to compliment.. thank you Tim’s Drive In
MoreIt's been over a year since I traded there..I was sick for three or four days from Hot dogs or chilling I don't know if which... but I tried them again today Saturday! And it appears at this time it was good food.
MoreThey're too pricey to be that rude. I like their ice tho 😁
I've been coming here since I was a kid. Over 15 years. Today I felt sad when I left. I ordered a onion burger and what I got a frozen patty heated up. And most sides are heated up in the microwave. Idk if they have changed owners and/or just looking to cut cost. But it used to be fresh beef. Used to be alot better. Still the same great soft drinks. Okay service.
MoreBeen several years since I had eaten at Tim's. Was phenomenal then. Was equally phenomenal now! Did not dissappoint! Won't wait so long to go back!
MoreTheir food is good.. prices reasonable.
Best place for Indian tacos, and amazing customer service, they understand and work with people on food allergies and can't not thank then enough!
MoreTim's has been a favorite since I was in college starting in 2001. They've been around longer than that and their drive thru food can't be beat! Try a footlong and a malt to find yourself in heaven!
MoreGreat Burger Joint. We have loved this place for a long time. The line wait is a bit long at times but worth it.
MoreI've been eating here for as long as I can remember. It's always been fantastic. However, the last time I went in on feb 11 2020, I ordered several things for the various people eating. My burger though was flavorless, which is weird. I looked a little bit closer and realized they had used preformed hamburger patties. The sort you buy frozen at bulk stores. They also didn't get a couple other things correct. Even I brought the burger to Their attention they wouldn't replace it with aburger made from fresh meat like their burgers have been for 50 years. Place wasn't very polite. They argued about everything and acted line they shouldn't have to make it right. They have lost my patronage.
MoreChili cheese fries, Dr.Pepper, chocolate dipped ice cream cone, and an Indian taco. Bring a friend, share the best meal in the city. Every thing else is pretty good burger joint kind of stuff, but those items are transcendent!
MoreI think they have changed ownership, quality of food and service seems to have dropped off, used to be my spot for a good foot long.
MoreI went for the first time tonight, and then decided to leave. A very nice staff member named Valerie followed me out and convinced me to try them. I did, and was not disappointed! I had the fried onion burger and fries, very tasty!
MoreThe drinks need to be calibrated they have way to much syrup Indian tacos could use some salt.
MoreBeen wanting to try this place for some time and it was underwhelming, to say the least. Hamburgers are frozen, precooked patties and the fries were soggy. Basically what you would get in a school cafeteria. It's cheap enough if you're trying to eat out on a budget.
MoreGood hamburgers and fast service. The man working was very nice. The fries was seasoned just right too.
MoreIt is simply nothing special. Onion burgers are decent; but mostly average, Corn dogs (the reason I made this!) were AWFUL. They were frozen corndogs! They even admitted to it and said they were doing that for 7 years when my dad asked what was going on. This is because they change their frozen corndog supply and some tastes like painfully average grocery store Corn Dogs and some taste like they were homemade despite them being frozen. I feel if a place is not consistent and always tastes different, they suck. Phew! That is all.
MoreDelicious hot dogs, reasonable prices. Such friendly staff. Love it
Ordered an Indian taco, something their famous for. VERY DISSAPOINTED. The bread wasnt homemade anymore , the toppings were scares. Tasted like fast food not homemade. Smh. Wont be back.
MoreIt took them half an hour and I work for door dash and it took him forever I lost money
MorePretty good food. I enjoyed the charm the restaurant has. It feels old fashioned and cozy.
MoreBest Dr. Pepper in OKC! I don’t know what they do different, but it’s amazing... AND they use the good ice (similar to Sonic ice). Their Indian tacos are huge and way better than the ones you get at the state fair. I haven’t tried anything on their menu I haven’t loved, and as a repeat customer, I’ve been quite a ways through their menu. I would recommend Tim’s to everyone, BUT I suggest getting your food to go. They only have enough space for 2-3 people to eat in the building, and they have a picnic table outside. That’s it for seating, so it’s definitely to-go food—but phenomenal and well worth it.
MoreI've come here since being a kid. Tims will always have a special place in my heart. Best burger joint around.
MoreI purchased 10 fry breads to go. I got home and opened the sack and the bread was flat, dense, burnt and doughy. 👎
MoreThe best thing about times is their pop an their Indian taco. Of course everything else there is great as well. They have a board with deals throughout the week so if you are looking for a meal with a deal id definitely take a look at it. I would recommend just driving threw being the eating area is tiny. Its called Tim's drive in for a reason. Hahaha
MoreI enjoyed my Indian taco and fries. The service was great.
Love love Tim's!!!!! Have since about 1980 or before. Used to Cruz up there from Mustang just for the Dr. Pepper. Moved away, hadn't been in like 20 yrs. Had business in the area, was thrilled to see them still just as I remembered.
MoreFrozen, pre-cooked hamburger patties......, reheated. Disgusting!I also ordered 10 coneys for some friends and family and paid .50¢ extra for cheese on each. When unwrapped all the cheese was stuck to the paper wrappers. What happened to this place? Has the ownership changed? Everything used to be good and fresh, now it's just disgusting and a waste of time and money. This is for the new owners: Give it up and shut it down. You guys suck
MoreI've always driven by but never stopped in, so decided to change that today. Let's break it down.Staff-Super friendlyService-Prompt and correct. Really can't ask for anything more.Meal-I got the onion burger with onion rings, my companion ordered the Indian taco. She complained that my burger was over seasoned, while I thought that her entree could use a bit more seasoning. So I'd call that a draw. The onion rings were hot and crispy, but I prefer a breaded ring to the batter dipped ones at Tim's. All in all it's definitely a 5 star visit. Will be back soon.
MoreA little confusing on where to order for a first timer. Got the Indian taco. Wasn't bad but definitely not your typical fry bed, much denser nut all in all it was pretty decent. Will be back to try their burgers next.
MoreReally fun place with a classic vibe. There aren’t many old style drive up restaurants like this left anymore. I especially like their coney dogs, fries, and ice cream.
Moreexcellent place to eat and excellent customer service
Not the same after being sold. Got a couple of burgers and fries today and was greatly disappointed. The meat was a thin processed beef patty like you would get from McDonalds. The fries were hot but, they were soggy as if they had been reheated. We got our food after than before true enough, but, the I’d prefer to wait a bit for fresh quality vs what we got.
MoreRemember soft drinks you could only get at a soda fountain of yesteryear, full flavor, robust, bubbly? Tim's is a throw back diner of another time offering delicious soft drinks, old style grilled onion burgers, cheese burgers, root beer, Indian Tacos and so much more with abundant flavor and a little grease.Tim's for more than 50 years has survived and thrived. Near the corner of NW 50th and MacArthur just South is a MUST stop especially for nostalgia bluffs. You will be amazed and entertained. Did I say the Ice cream here is delightful?
MoreIt was my first time there. I had an Indian Taco, fried mushrooms and jalapeno cheese cubes. Portions for the price was great, my Indian Taco didn't have any ground beef like I was expecting yet still everything on it was fresh and delicious. I'm in love with jalapeno cheese cubes just the right amount of cheese to jalapeno not overly spicy. I'll go back and try other menu items.
MoreGreat place for a good old fashioned cheeseburger. Fries are great also!
Indian Taco is my Go-to entree here.
Sad. Been a fan of Dan's Indian Tacos but now its Tim's Dive Inn and just got an indian taco and disappointed. No meat. Nothing but beans, cheese, lettuce, and onion. Even the frybread not the same. Guess I should of went to Firelake Frybread store.
MoreGross, food was not satisfying. Hot dog tasted fake, Indian taco was soupy. And with everything going on right now the employee handled my food with bare unwashed hands right in front of me.
